Work @ Height Regulations 2005
These regulations came into effect in the spring of 2005, and replace all existing regulations.
The Regulations stipulate that any person working at height must be trained & competent in
the use of Work at Height equipment including Rescue procedures.
Ridgegear accredited training courses are designed with the Regulations in mind, so that the delegates
are armed with the required knowledge to do their job in the safest possible manner.

Training can be arranged at venues to suit your requirments including your own site or RidgeGear`s
premises in staffordshire where they have a purpose built Scaffold \tower, where the use of
Inertia Reel Blocks, Ladder Ascent & descent products, rescue systems and standard Height Safety Equipment are available
for delegate training & “hands on” use.
Training on actual use of the products is permitted only after an initial classroom based course has
been completed to ensure that all delegates have an appreciation of working at Height, and its associated dangers.
