Carriage charges will be added at time of payment and charged as detailed below:-

Ireland and UK Channel Islands - Above Carriage Charges + £10.00.

Scottish Highlands & Islands - Above Carriage Charges + £10.00.

Carriage charges are for UK mainland only - any orders placed outside this area will also be liable for any extra cost depending on delivery zone notification will be sent within 24hrs of receipt of order to confirm price and arrange additional payment.

DELIVERY TIME SCALE
We aim to deliver your items within 3-5 working days from receipt of order - if for any unfortunate reason we are unable to deliver within this time scale we will contact you within 24hours of receiving your order. VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
All price displayed through out this web site are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and will be charged at time of payment at the current rate of 15%.

RETURNS POLICY
Liftsafe Solutions is committed in providing the best possible products, prices and services. In the unfortunate circumstance that your product is found to be faulty, damaged or incomplete you must notify us within 48hrs of delivery by email or in writing giving full details of the reason for return. All efforts will be made to replace the product with an identical item with no defects or offer an optional alternative product or full refund.  In the event that a customer purchase is made mistakenly or an unsuitable product is selected through no fault of Liftsafe Solutions, a return and refund will be offered subject to the following:- 1) We are notified by email or in writing within 48hrs of receipt of goods.2) Goods are returned by the customer at there own cost.3) Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition.4) The customer accepts liability for a 15% handling charge and all outbound carriage costs. 5) The risk in any goods that you return remain with you the customer until the goods have been accepted and signed for by us at our premises. (Any alteration to these conditions must be made in writing and agreed by Liftsafe Solution prior to any order be placed)

Online payment made by debit/credit card are made easily and securely through our web site via Roman Cart shopping cart processing payment through Paypal Payments Pro, Paypal Express for paypal members & Google Checkout for Google members giving the option to sign in and pay through their account without providing card details. At no time during this process does Liftsafe Solutions receive your payment card information. Phone payments made by debit/credit are made easily and securely and processed via PayPal virtual terminal. At no time does Liftsafe Solutions store customer debit/credit card information and any recorded information is immediately and securely destroyed once payment has been processed. Liftsafe Solutions does not disclose any customer information to third parties. Your information is held by our company for traceability and insurance purposes and may also be used by us only to provide you with selected information on products and services.
